Pre Launched ~ROY~ Prices

The OCDB Council, members of the OCDB and headed by OCDB's brain had agreed that, sales of ~ROY~ stocks to start with 0.10cents USD. This is to accomodate the masses who are less fortunate to get a portion of the currency as it will be beneficial for them in the near future. 

In the minutes, the council have agreed 

• The 0.10cents USD offer during the pre launched period
• Will officially launch on 1st May 2016
• Price during the official launch is subject to the stocks held by OCDB.
• A 0.01cents USD value PLUS whenever a 1 ~ROY~ Unit is sold.
• A 0.01cents USD value MINUS whenever a 1 ~ROY~ Unit is bought.
• A maximum trade of 100 units of ~ROY~ per trading account/persons/entity at any time. The minimum to trade is at 5 ~ROY~ units at any time.
• No other instruments/facilities allowed to trade unless the instruments/facility is offered by OCDB or its official partners.
• The network will not establish any Brokering Facilities. All transaction are to be made directly to OCDB Exchange.
• The OCDB Council, upon review, has the final say on its legislation, distribution,valuation and transaction. This is to ensure stability to market conditions and the rights of the people using it.
• SHA is a lesser denomination of 1 ~ROY~ Unit. 100SHA will equate to 1 ~ROY~ unit.
• The patent of ~ROY~ and SHA as a currency.
• Value adjustment during major economic crisis (Emergency Review)
